Torlife™ Exterior AG System


The Torlife™ Exterior AG coating system has been designed to withstand repeated graffiti attacks. It provides an extremely hard-wearing decorative finish combined with a Class 0 fire rating when applied to new, bare or stripped surfaces.

Graffiti can be removed from the painted surfaces by using the Tor range of Graffiti removers. This also allows the fire rating of the coated surfaces to be maintained throughout the life of the system. A two pack solvent – based polyurethane coating system.

1st Coat

Torlife™ ST Primer (EP146), a two-pack adhesion promoting primer.

2nd & 3rd Coat

Torlife™ TP Satin Finish (PU803), a two pack polyurethane, solvent-based anti-graffiti finish.


The Torlife™ Exterior AG system is suitable for many external building substrates including: New bare or previously painted, metals, brick, masonry, concrete, render, timber* and UPVC**.

NB: Previously painted Pliolite or other non convertible coatings need to be primed with Torlife ST primer (EP146)
* Not suitable for use on soft woods
** Finish coats are applied direct to UPVC – No primer required.


For use on nearly all building types.

Graffiti can be safely and easily removed from all of Tor Coatings anti-graffiti range, by using the Torclean™ Pre-wipe (S3000110 ) and Torclean™ Graffiti Remover Wipe (S3000111) or by using the Torclean™ Graffiti Prewash (DM416) and the Torclean™ “G”Graffiti Remover (DM424).

Only Tor Coatings remover wipes and sprays should be used, as other materials may damage the painted surface, resulting in system failure and permanent graffiti damage.

The use of abrasive pads and household detergents should never be considered, unless otherwise instructed by a representative of Tor Coatings Ltd.

Torlife™ ST Primer

By brush or medium pile roller apply one full coat of Torlife™ ST Primer (EP146), at a average rate of 10m² per litre. Allow to cure. Overcoating time minimum 24 hours, maximum 5 days.

Torlife™ TP Satin Finish

By brush or medium pile roller apply two full coats of Torlife™ TP Satin Finish (PU803) at a coverage rate of 10m² per litre per coat. Allow to cure between coats. Overcoating time minimum 8 hours, maximum 48 hours.
