  • What does it do?

    Elastaseal™ WB provides long-term waterproofing to flat and pitched roofs.

    It provides flexible, durable, long-lasting protection for up to 15 years before first full maintenance.

    It offers low odour application delivered by an advanced water-based formulation.

    The systems provide a cold liquid applied, breathable, seamless finish, which moves with the roof and allows vapour release from the existing substrate.

    First Coat – Embedment layer Elastaseal™ WB
    Reinforcement – Elastamat™ HD glass fibre matting
    Second Coat – Weathering layer Elastaseal™ WB

  • Where can it be used?

    Substrates

    Suitable for refurbishing many types of traditional roofing materials, such as: Felt, asphalt, asbestos cement sheet, fibre cement sheet, concrete, single ply membranes, profiled metal sheets etc. Particularly suited to projects and environments where paint odour may be an issue, due to advanced low odour, water-based formulation.

    Due to the high number of possible substrates and varying conditions in which they can be found, Tor Coatings strongly recommend that a site survey is carried out to determine the exact specification required.
